There is a long time I have not post on my blog. I would like to speak about road safety because in my country it is a subject which makes discuss. In France in the end of 90′s there was more than 8000 death per year on the road. It was a record in Europe. Since 2002, the government makes a policy with the zero tolerance for the road delinquance.
There is lot of road safety campaign in Europe and particularly in France. Since four years, the number of death in the road decrease in France. In fact, there is in 2006, 4703 death on the road. It is still too much but we are on the good way…

Now day, the use of advertising, promotion and marketing for road safety purposes is not new.Used well, the mass media in all its forms can provide information, shape attitudes and beliefs, and influence individual behaviour.  The media can play a key role for organisations seeking to achieve commercial or social aims because the media is available to the majority of the population.  Advertising is one of the media’s main tools for communicating messages and ideas.  Later we will describe differents road safety advertising in different countries and we will give other indormations about it.
